    Libyan state laws exempt Developers and investors from all taxes and fees. They are subject to zone decisions, applicable to all transactions, assets, exchanges, and transfers, without prejudice to the zone’s rights or service entity fees.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n

    Exemptions During Project Implementation<\/h3>\n
    \n

    During project implementation, investors enjoy exemptions from customs duties and taxes for necessary needs, starting from obtaining the implementation license. Additional incentives apply to export and high-investment projects.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n

    Land Usage Rights for Foreign Investors and Residents<\/h3>\n
    \n

    Foreign investors and residents may use land within the region’s borders and erect and own structures for the agreed-upon term without implying land ownership, subject to regional consent and conditions.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n

    Land Redistribution and Utilisation Agreements<\/h3>\n
